Holy Land Tour

Day 1: Arrival to Airport

Arrival to Ben Gurion , welcome and assist,. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Bethlehem.

Day 2: Old City of Jerusalem – Golgotha – Wailing Wall.

After breakfast Another wonderful day that will start with a tour to Pools of Beit Hasda, Via Dolorosa of Way of Grief, 14 Stations of the Cross to Golgotha – the place where Jesus was crucified marking significant events along the route. Pilate’s Judgments Hall, the Chapel of the Flagellation, Jericho to view Qarantal, the Dead Sea, Bithynia, Bethany the Town of Mary, Martha and Lazarus along with visiting Lazarus’s Tomb. You will also see Wailing Wall that is the holiest place for the Jewish Religion/ Hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Monasteries and convents in Jerusalem

After breakfast, we will visit the Garden of Gethsemane, the Convent of St. Mary Magdalene, and the Tomb of the Virgin Mary. We will continue to the Mount of Olives, Convent of the Ascension, Chapel of the Ascension, Monastery of St. Elias, Monastery of the Cross and the Monastery of St. Simeon. Then we continue to Ein Kerem, where we will visit the Covent Russian Gorney, the birthplace of John the Baptist and the Springs of St. John the Baptist. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Bethlehem– Nativity-Shepherds Field– Monastery of Mar Saba –  Monastery of St. Theodosius

After breakfast start tour in Bethlehem to visit the Shepherd’s Field in Judah Province, Monastery of Mar Saba, Monastery of St. Theodosius Then we visit  church of Nativity the birthplace of Jesus, Manager Square, walking in old city/ -Hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Jericho – Dead Sea- to mount of Temptation- and Zacchaeus Sycamore tree – Holy Waters of the Jordan River

After breakfast, Continue to mount of Temptation, with a gravity-defying monastery and Zacchaeus Sycamore tree, continue tour of the site were Jesus baptized. And then proceed to Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth and enjoy some time at their private beach/ Hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Nazareth -Cana –Tabor- Haifa – Mt. Carmel

After breakfast, departure from hotel to Nazareth and the Basilica of the Annunciation. Next to the basilica, we will visit Church of St. Joseph with the ruins of ancient carpentry. After lunch, we will visit Cana of Galilee, through the Valley of Esdraelon. We ascend to the Mount Tabor where the transfiguration of Jesus took place afternoon, to Haifa – Israel’s largest port city. Other destinations in your tour include Persian Hanging Gardens for a view of the Bahai Shrine /Hotel in Tiberius for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Sea of Galilee – Capernaum – Tabgha – Mt of Beatitudes

After breakfast Morning cruise on the Sea of Galilee – along its shores much of Jesus’ public ministry took place; where Jesus walked on the water (Mark 6:48).. Proceed to Capernaum, where Jesus lived after he left Nazareth; here, Jesus preached to the people and manifested His goodness and omnipotence by many miracles. Capernaum was the home of St. Peter. Drive to nearby Tabgha, the site where Jesus performed the Miracle of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fish; visit the Church of the Loft and Fish Miracle. On the stone which serves as the altar, there is mosaic of basket of loaves flanked by two fish to commemorate this miraculous event. Ascend to the Mount of the Beatitudes. This is the traditional site where Jesus uttered the immortal words “Blessed are the poor in Spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of God”. (Matthew 5:3-12). Visit the Church and its grounds for private reading of the Sermon on the Mount. /Hotel in Tiberius for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Tel Aviv – Ben Gurion

Transfer to Tel Aviv airport for departure.
